Don’t you love that buttery, flaky crust with the savory flavors of egg, cheese, veggies and bacon? I do and so does my staff! Quiche is relatively ease to make actually, you start with a pie crust. This you can buy frozen or make your own. Check out my home-made pie crust here. Then start sauteing your vegetables; onions, mushrooms, spinach, whatever you have in the fridge.
Next add your veggies to the pie crust and top with your whipped egg and cream mixture. Then top with cheese; cheddar, goat, feta, again anything in the fridge.
Bake at 350 deg for 45 minutes and volia…….Quiche!
