Virginia is an American chef, baker, writer, and content creator, whose work focuses on American, Southern, and French cuisine. She is a James Beard Award winner, was an apprentice to chef Nathalie Dupree, has worked on over 1000 TV episodes (including appearing on Martha Stewart Living Television, Paula Deen’s Best Dishes, Throwdown! with Bobby Flay and Chopped) and In 2000, she began her production career, producing and directing such shows as Epicurious and Home Plate.
